UTS增加命令操作步骤

1，数据库加命令 TBL_UTS_Manage_UtsCmdList
2，UTS-CORE -》 UTS_Module -》Test -》 Command -》对应CmdType目录下新建一个类文件
3，编辑类，编写操作逻辑
4，ConverterCommandManager.vb下面添加管理项
